Sailor Pluto! I always loved that she had darker skin than the others, I thought it made her exotic, so I chose a slightly darker color for her skin. I added her red chevron earrings and used the pattern for Ariel's hair, just extra long. Other than that, she's the same as Sailor Moon with the boots and all.
I just found your blog randomly through google searching Rinoa Heartilly stuff lol. Seems like we have some common interests so I decided to follow. Keep on being crafty girl, love it!
